Great workouts, the only issues for are, sometimes what is written as the warm up or workout does not match the instructional video also that you can rotate your phone when watching the video and finally the no music. The mic volume is low have turn up my volume all the way up and you still sound far away. Its pedy things other than that the app is great.

Pros: - Great exercise plans take away the need for you to bother planning your workout. - Trainer demonstrates each exercise - Comes with a free 2 week trial to get a feel of the app Cons: - App offers little to no guide in picking an exercise plan that is best for you; most if not all programs are listed as being beginner & expert friendly, but in practice this isn't the case. - Little/no moral support: may disuade users as exercises get more challenging - No nutrition guide: biggest flaw

I just got the monthly membership and started the first day of body and burn and it was great! However, in the description the number of sets is sometimes inaccurate and so is rest time(different from what michael says in the video). In addition, the volume is not very loud on speaker-phone. It also will not load the nutrition pdf and the 7th day of the program. I am also wondering if you can specify if I am doing this everyday for a month or if there are any rest days, etc.
